Metabolomic

Targeted metabolomics

Targeted metabolomic strategy allows for the accurate and absolute quantification of metabolites from different structural or functional pathways.

Untargeted metabolomics

Untargeted metabolomic strategy uses LCMS to accurately and rapidly analyze small-molecule metabolites in various biological samples (blood, urine, animal tissues, saliva, amniotic fluid, cells and cell lysates, plants, microorganisms, exosomes, etc.). Metabolomics can more comprehensively reflect the diverse dynamic responses of living organisms to external stimuli, pathological and physiological changes, and metabolite levels generated by genetic mutations. It provides a new perspective for disease diagnosis, pathological research, drug development, drug toxicology, modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, food nutrition, agriculture and forestry, environmental toxicology, and other research areas.
